8th Grade Wins Home Opener Against BC

The 8th grade girls volleyball team played hard against BC yesterday and came away winning both games with scores of 25-10 and 25-16.  The Lady Dragons showed tremendous hustle and hardly let any balls fall on our side of the court. Our consistent serving all around the rotation allowed us to take an early lead and heads up setting and tipping by Sydney McGregor and Mary Pat Quinn helped us pull away with a win. Fantastic job Dragons!

Monday’s Practice

7th and 8th grade Girls Volleyball will practice until 4:15 on Monday 9/30. Coach Porter and Coach Anderson will then be heading over to Harriton High School to watch the Varsity Volleyball team play Lower Merion at 5pm. This is not mandatory but we found last year that the girls really learned a lot from it and had a good time. Everyone is responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from Harriton. Hope to see you all there!
